HMP Nottingham was fundamentally unsafe, Chief Inspector of Prisons warned in 2018
In January 2018 the Chief Inspector of Prisons issued an Urgent Notification on HMP Nottingham, after inspectors rated safety poor for a third inspection in a row amid high violence and self-harm.
